Appliance and Tap Setup
Our offering is built on standard hardware and venerable Free and Open Source Software. After meeting with you and learning about your architecture and needs, we will pre-configure and deliver an AI appliance and a network tap. Once the appliance and tap are installed, along with SNMP agents or any other custom monitoring requirements that may occur, we will proceed to devise an instrumentation scheme that will elicit meaningful information about your application(s) and configure software and equipment accordingly.
State of the Application Report
An exploratory offering in which the Application Informatics team will collect and compile performance data for a four week period, followed by a detailed report. Analysis of the collected data will detail the application performance experienced by your users during this period, identify possible bottlenecks in your application architecture and provide a discussion of server/hardware capacity based on current peak utilization levels.
Ongoing Performance Monitoring
A subscription based service where performance data are gathered continuously, informing the appliance's Web-based dashboard as well as generating monthly reports. Performance data can also be fed to your ETL processes or other external systems, as needed.
